The Roofing Warranty Certificate is an essential document for homeowners who have recently had a new roof installed by MCS Roofing. This certificate not only serves as proof of the warranty but also outlines the key benefits and terms associated with the coverage. Homeowners can enjoy lifetime craftsmanship coverage, ensuring that any leaks due to substandard installation will be addressed at no cost for up to 50 years from the warranty issue date. Additionally, the warranty is transferable, which adds value should the homeowner decide to sell the property. However, it’s important to note that the warranty takes effect only after the installation is complete and all payments are made in full. Certain exclusions apply, including damage from natural disasters or structural issues unrelated to the installation. Homeowners must also adhere to specific maintenance requirements, such as cleaning the roof every two years by MCS Roofing, to keep the warranty valid. Prompt reporting of any issues is crucial, as failure to do so may void the warranty. This certificate is not just a formality; it represents peace of mind for homeowners, ensuring that their investment is protected for years to come.
